We made three kinds here:
Napa Valley Sliders- Avocado and carmelized shallots with wine reduction drizzle.
B,A,Gs- Niman Ranch bacon, arugula and goat cheese.
Texas style- BBQ sauce, fresh cheddar and baby bibb lettuce.
Fresh Pommes Frites on the side- double dipped Belgian style like my mom taught me, make this as close to perfect as it gets!
